December is upon us and the holiday shopping, decorating and gatherings are in full swing. I'll be partying it up this afternoon with my kindergartener's class, Saturday night with friends and next week with my third grader's class, so things are about to get festive and fun. This is such a special time of year and we're so lucky to share it with y'all.
We love these tips to make your home look modern and festive this holiday season. Especially the signature scent. We're burning this non-stop because it just smells heavenly and a bit woodsy, too.
Speaking of woodsy, this DIY ornament would make a lovely gift or make a bunch and keep them all for yourself. We won't judge or blame you, for that matter.
If you didn't see, Pantone has already announced its 2019 color of the year. Living Coral is a vibrant and energizing color with a pastel quality to it. I like it!
In fact, Living Coral would look right at home in this Mid-century gem. I love a good restoration that honors the original home and keeps its character.
But, a more neutral palette in soft earth tones can be just as lovely. I'd trade in my RV - if I had an RV - to get these digs, for sure.
I love it when they do this! Your favorite classic Christmas movie homes made over in the current fashion. Sometimes they look great, but I think the originals are so ingrained that I can't imagine them any other way.
If you're looking to shake up your Christmas decor, have you thought about a colored tree? Mine, for example, is white and I LOVE it. But, I never considered this color!
